Brian,

It was a pleasure meeting you and "talking Clemson" last Friday at Sutton Tire. I also appreciate the great service and value you provided me. I am certain that the example the owner sets carries over to everyone in the company.

Lexus sure makes it hard to replace a tire.

First visit to buy from Sutton Tire of Clarkesville was excellent. Great advice about new tires for my Mazda that was provided without a high pressure sales pitch that other tire companies always give. More than expected also from a simple service request, including something my regular (previous) mechanic had overlooked for probably 2 years.

Will be going back and telling my family and friends to do the same. Thanks Clark & Brian.

Dear Mr Sutton,

We wanted to thank you for rescuing us from a potentially horrible vacation. Our 2001 Audi A4 started showing signs of death by alternator failure just a few miles from your shop on our way to our cabin vacation in Georgia.

We coasted into your shop hoping someone would be able to diagnose and fix the problem. It was indeed providential that we just happened to end up at Sutton Tire in Clarkesville really. You very kindly and efficiently figured out the alternator needed to be replaced and called several other shops to see if the right alternator was available. No one within driving range had the part but you said could order the part and install it for us. You quoted me a price and we decided to leave the car with you.

We greatly appreciate your willingness to go the extra mile for us. Turns out that despite my fear that we would pay a premium price for a special order part your price was $100 less that what I would have paid where I regularly go for repairs in Greenville, South Carolina.!

Thank you and your staff for helping us, for being kind and understanding and for giving us such great customer service. That is a combination rarely found in business today.
